Remark:

 

All the above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of Daily Breakfast and inclusive of  10% Service Charge plus 7% government tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
 Child under 12 sharing existing bed with parents is free of charge, ABF is compulsary 110 baht
Complusory gala dinner on December 31 st 2008 2,500 Baht/person
Long weekend plus surcharge Baht 300 net per room per night and  1,000 baht/house/night.

Meal Rates:
- American Breakfast 250 Bht/peson.
Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs, check-out time 12:00 Hrs. Any room used from 12:00 noon to 18:00 Hrs on the departure day will be charged at 50% of room rate. Any room occupied beyond 18:00Hrs. will be charged at full amount of room rate.
The above room rates are non applicable for New Year's New Years' Eve (24 Dec 08 - 3 Jan 09).
Full pre-payment within 30 days before arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charged.

 


 Cancellation & No Show Charges:

 

Any cancellation must be made before 10 days prior to arrival date during Low Season, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 1 night/room will be applied.
Any cancellation must be made before 20 days prior to arrival date during High Season or Long-weekend, 100% of total payment will be charged.
No show: 100% of payment will be charged.
